In this issue, Marty and Joe are put to the test as they are made to compete against each other in a leadership exercise. However, this is a true test to recover a piece of the teleportation device and Doctor Shock is on the scene with a robotic experiment of his own.
In addition, Marty is given a tour of the facility firsthand. The facility is full of scientific wonders yet to be explored.
