Alexa's journey to escape vampires lands her with a pair of witches offering sanctuary. Despite an opportunity to learn the basics of a craft long hidden from her, Alexa continues to be tormented by her past and the ever-present existence of vampires. With a new job and new circle of friends she continues to be distracted by haunting visions and nightmares. Ultimately, Alexa faces hard choices that may either kill her or send her back home.
