An energetic pup of three months arrives at Misty Meadows Farm from a rescuer's home in rural Tennessee to begin his life with Mr. Cliff and O'mamma Todd. "Pure Pup", his self-assigned name, is changed immediately to Arthur Dogson Todd by Mr. Cliff.
As Arthur encounters seemingly innocuous social mores of modern society, he's suspicious. His focus becomes perceived surreptitious assaults on the dignity and freedom of naïve beings.
