Coda the Garbage Truck

Coda is a young garbage truck who picks up compost, recycling, and trash. Sometimes Coda finds something on his route that's too good to be thrown away, like an almost-new train set. He keeps these treasures for himself, but one day he discovers that he's run out of space in his hopper! Coda comes up with a clever solution that helps keep these treasures out of the landfill and in the process learns the valuable lesson of letting go of what he no longer needs. Young children will be inspired by this story to give away old toys that they have outgrown. When children learn to let go of things they no longer need, they're also developing the skills of accepting impermanence.
