Confidence is Within Me aims to empower children through the understanding of their emotions tapping into socioemotional learning while providing valuable tools such as acceptance of self, affirmations, gratitude, and unwavering determination to navigate through challenging situations. Every day brings a range of both positive and negative emotions and it is ok to experience them and learn how we can cope from negative emotions. This book contains activities such as coloring, tracing, and other fun interactive activities for the kids.
