Her hair used to be her curse. Now her bouncing red curls are her greatest asset. The WWC, or Women With Curls, are her allies and understand the difficulties of managing curly hair. They're hair fanatics and also a little bit crazy.
Actually, make that a lot crazy.
Kit's found the secret ingredient for making her curls behave and the other Curlies want it at any cost. Trouble is, a local disaster means it's in short supply. As Kit faces the prospect of hosting the next WWC meeting without finding a supply of purple-willy-shaped lube, a death at her workplace puts her squarely in the frame.
Kit and her friends need to find the murderer or face a murder trial and an even worse fate. Permanent Ponytail.
