Embodied Theories

A therapist may be a living expression, or embodiment, of a chosen theoretical approach. Practitioners here articulate their own "embodied thoery". Approaches covered include psychoanalysis, Jungian analysis, rational-emotive behaviour therapy, existential therapy and gestalt.
