Om Fidelity and Betrayal (Chinese Edition)
Writing the memory of my marriage was a painful and torturous process.
I met Hu Angang at the Hebei Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Technology in Tangshan. We married in 1983. One year after, I won the full scholarship to study overseas through National Graduate School Admission Test. While I was pursuing my Ph.D. abroad, Angang completed his Ph.D. in China. We had experienced the pain of separation for more than six years.
Completing our studies, Angang and I united in the United States, where We had a happy time.
In 1994, both of us returned to China. But what happened during my pregnancy and giving birth was unexpected.
Angang's mad pursuit of fame, the arrogance after fame, and the betrayal of marriage pushed our relationship to the end.
It was also the beginning of my 20 years of life as a single mother.
