Nowadays, electric motors attract increasingly attention. In electrical automobile fundamental element is motor. most of electrical automobile make use of brushless DC motor and Induction motor, particularly brushless DC motor, it incorporates everlasting magnet which are not assembling in India and to a great volume import from chain and other united states of America. regarding this difficulty. switch reluctance motor may be given provided batter performance, evaluation with permanent magnet and BLDC motors because it doesn't contain any permanent magnet in improvement. The switched reluctance motor (SRM) is easy to construct. It now not simplest features a salient pole stator with concentrated coils, which permits earlier winding and shorter quit turns than other kinds of automobiles, but also capabilities a salient pole rotor, which has no conductors or magnets and is consequently the simplest of all electric powered machine rotors. Simplicity makes the SRM inexpensive and reliable, and collectively with its excessive-speed capacity and high torque to inertia ratio, makes it an advanced desire in exclusive applications.

According to Chastain (1988, p. 244), "writing is a basic communication skill and a unique advantage in the process of learning a second language¿. It can be said that it is one of the most important parts of learning a language which has been ignored for many years, thus it is common for learners in today's educational scheme to hate or even avoid the writing activities. Generally speaking, learning to write is exclusively challenging. It is very vital to be able to express yourself fine. Our writings occasionally lead us; for instance, in proposing for a job we need to provide a C.V. or at times we need to write a cover letter for an article, or to send e-mails to people we don¿t really know. Poor writing is a kind of imperfection, it might cause misunderstanding due to misinterpret of sentences and words. We need to write well for the wide range of purposes: for translating our ideas and thoughts in the form of documents, in research studies for summarizing our work in an informative and useful manner. The most essential reason might be that while writing we actually send message to our readers about our identities.

For a comfortable livelihood, suitable shelter is one of the essential requirements of an individual. Shortage of shelter is still a problem all over the world. India is facing a shortage of 18.78 million houses. To fulfill the rapid demand for housing, the prefabrication technique is gaining popularity around the world and is increasingly used in the construction of the structures like buildings. Ferrocement construction is one of the economical methods for prefabrication. The construction of the lightweight prefabricated sandwich structural element in the building construction industry is a developing trend all over the world. Sandwich structural elements have the property of a high strength-to-weight ratio, and lightweight, good thermal insulation properties. Web sandwich panels consisting of a thin layer on top and bottom faces can be suitably used as prefabricated structural components. Relatively higher strength can be achieved in ferrocement panels by providing the webs in the ferrocement sandwich panels. Most of the ferrocement structures are subjected to severe loading and their performance is likely to change with time.

In this work, the author claims that Publius Cornelius Scipio, the future Africanus, was a victim of the Roman Senate, presided by the famous Fabius Cunctator, who opposed Scipio and his plan to take his army to North Africa. Scipio claimed that the only way to defeat Hannibal was to invade North Africa and threat Carthage to the point that this North African power would recall Hannibal for her defense. He argued that the very presence of Hannibal in Italy was a constant reminder of his invincibility, a dimension admitted by the same Fabius who insisted that Hannibal could not be beaten in a pitch battle. However, as an elected Consul, Scipio had the authority to convene a Comitia Centuriata, held at the Campus Martius. The vote at that meeting was final and by law could not be discussed. The result of the vote was unanimously in favor of Scipiös argument. This Consul did not waste any time to prepare the invasion of North Africa, with the resulting Roman victory at the battle of Zama. This important event marked the end of the Second Punic War, with the defeat of Carthage that had sponsored Hannibal¿s invasion of Italy.

The aim of this book, as a first initiative of an ongoing multi-facet research, is to examine the future of sustainability in a Post-Covid New Normal World. As a matter of fact, sustainability is undergoing significant changes regarding its context that depends on various parameters. The recent pandemic has illustrated that globalization phenomena cuts both ways, especially in the context of Sino-American rivalry which will determine the new world order. In the middle of this chaos, implementing health and education as independent pillars in the sustainability concept is of paramount importance. Furthermore, planting the seeds of sustainability during the post-covid world will call out for an alternative paradigm which is The Blue Economy. This latter depends on the fair and equal distributions of wealths as well as eradicating the current social, economic and ecological issues.

This volume is the 9th in a series of books that focus on the practice of Urban Environmental Management (UEM) in developing countries. Such cities face more immediate problems than those in the developed world and have fewer resources to deal with them. This study is the report of a graduate studio that took place at the School of Planning, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP), University of Cincinnati, USA from August through December 2022. The objective of the studio was to prepare students to work overseas in data-poor environments as professional consulting planners. The 14 domestic and international students operated in sector-level teams preparing a 5-Year Environmental Plan for Casablanca, Morocco. This important port has a long and fascinating history, with both architectural treasures and the remnants of a glorious but contested path. As the largest city and most important port of the Maghreb region of North Africa, it is plagued by poverty, and serious environmental problems of poor air quality, transportation congestion, water pollution, and inadequate sewage and sanitation infrastructure among them.

From the comfort women to Unit 731 and the Nanking Massacre, millions of people were victims of the Japanese army and navy. On the verge of losing the war, the Japanese simply lost the map and became out of control. Their behavior had long been adopted by the troops but worsened as the war continued. The mass execution of prisoners of war and civilians was an integral part of operations and planning. The 10th Army used gas during the Nanjing invasion and the whole thing was planned as an integral part of the operation. Many Chinese people were burned alive during the siege of the city. Commander Nakajima, in his diary, stated: ¿between December 11 and 13, 1937, I had to coordinate the procurement of several trucks to transport the prisoners to graves capable of accommodating seven or eight thousand corpses.¿

Discrimination, destruction, and death have been the souvenirs of anthropocentricism. Once humankind granted himself superiority and domination over nature and other beings, it gradually paved the way for human beings to freely practice abuse on animals and misuse nature to their own benefits. As hierarchical thinking naturalized through human society, it also affected various groups of people such as people of color or the disabled: they were deemed to be closer to animals and thus deserved to be mistreated. Donna Haraway introduced her notion of ¿cyborg¿ in ¿A Cyborg Manifestö (1985) to advertise a deconstructive weltanschauung against hierarchical thinking. According to the definition, cyborg figure is a hybrid post-human body that is untouched by polar dichotomies and is capable of ¿becoming¿ animal or machine. Interestingly enough, since autistic people who ¿ on grounds of their supposedly intellectual ¿disability¿ ¿ have long been exiled from the so-called normal society, started to author autobiographies, their projected self-image as a cyborg figure has attracted ample attention: bodies sharing close affinities with animals, robots, nature, and environment.

Emotions stimulate minds faster than the rational thoughts. Consumer behavior can be easily driven by use of effective emotions. Rational thoughts lead to interest by effective use of emotions leads to sales. Rational marketing tends to focus on more of utility and informative methods where as emotional marketing tends to connect with the emotions of the consumer. The emotional branding strategy not tends to attack the wallet of the consumer but it rather tries to make an emotional connection with him which has a strong and long lasting impact on the minds and heart of the consumer which helps in perpetual brand loyalty. Positive emotional appeals in advertising helps in arousing brand interest and to increase brand recalling but Negative emotional appeals also evokes excitement and temptations to use the product and induces to make purchase decisions.
