From Good to Great

In my 25 years in the profession as working in the clinical field, business owner, mental health agencies and even in the private sector, I have gathered some valuable information that I felt it would be a blessing to my audience. I have been collecting data for well over 15 years to include in this book. In an ever evolving and dynamic world, effective leadership plays a critical role in guiding organizations and individuals towards success. One leadership style that has gained significant recognition and admiration is transformational leadership.
