Fundamentals of Communications and Networking

"Fundamentals of Communications and Networking is the sole prerequisite for the ISSA series, and is intended as prelude to the flagship Fundamentals of Information Systems Security title. It is designed for a security-adjacent Introduction to Networking course and is divided into three parts. Part 1 reviews the business drivers and history of communications. Part 2 provides a technical overview of networking concepts. Part 3 is a survey of network management topics"--
