Ghostdancer

After a short stint running ammunition to the 21 Brotherhood in Thames-Midland, Cody Ingram returns home to the Mire, a floating city in Newark Bay, with a new assignment: To find and destroy the escaped Artificial Intelligence known as Ghostdancer. As the search goes on, she discovers a strange doomsday cult surrounding the AI and the bliss chip it's selling called "Seven". To pause the end of the world, she's going need help from her ex-boyfriend, Damon, her disabled sister, Reb, and the legendary Camden Town Boy.
