A man with a name that always gets attention will probably have to exhale before every introduction. He would wonder what kind of response he would get each time. This man would have to have a very distinct character and an interesting conversation in order to develop any real relationship with people who are comfortable calling him by his first name, especially when his name is Jesus. Can you imagine? "Hey Jesus, pass me a cold one!" or "Hey Jesus, would you look at the legs on that pretty lady?" Our main character never exhaled...
