But it's OK to have emotional distress. We may experience feelings when we feel excluded, when a loved one is ill, or when we feel inadequate because we weren't able to do particular tasks.
Just remember that everything will be OK and that you can change how you feel. You are not alone; in fact, the world and I are both behind you. I want to see you take control of your feelings and channel them for your benefit.
