Om INSOMNIA A disorder
Common sleep problems include insomnia. Insomnia can make it hard to get to sleep, keep you sleeping, or get restful sleep. This occurs even if there is sufficient time and a comfortable setting for sleeping. Having trouble sleeping at night and feeling tired throughout the day are both symptoms of insomnia. Stress or a shift in routine or environment can both contribute to temporary sleeplessness. It could last a couple of days or a few weeks. If you have trouble sleeping on three or more evenings per week for longer than three months, you may be dealing with chronic (long-term) insomnia.Insomnia can be diagnosed by a doctor asking you questions about your sleeping habits and having you keep a sleep diary. Sleep hygiene practices, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, and anti-insomnia medications may all be suggested by your doctor.
