The boy "D. Jamison" trying out for the Panthers high school baseball team is secretly really a girl named Debra, the daughter of a world-famous baseball player. But girls aren't allowed to play high school baseball, so Debra pretends to be a boy to try and make the team. Debra fools everyone during tryouts, including Panthers Coach Walker. Or so it seems. But Debra's neighbor Vince has figured out her real identity. Should he tell Coach Walker who "D. Jamison" really is? Vince can't decide.
