Jed

Jed was happy, or at least he thought he was. He had his law firm that he and his father had started together. He had more money than he'd be able to spend in over a dozen lifetimes, and he had his health. What more could he ask for? Jed wasn't sure what the answer to that question was, but he planned on finding out.
The sexy new neighbor was getting on Mercedes' last nerve.
