Jesus in the Quran

Why is Jesus mentioned in the Quran more than ninety times? Although Muslims categorically deny the divinity of Jesus Christ and curse anyone who confesses Him as Lord, the Quran significantly presents Christ "المسيح" as a unique person. Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:63
وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ قَالَ قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى تَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Wa lammaa jaaa'a 'Eesaa bilbaiyinaati qaala qad ji'tukum bil Hikmati wa li-ubaiyina lakum ba'dal lazee takhtalifoona feehi fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
SAHIH INTERNATIONAL:
And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me.
Since the Qur'an records that Jesus told people to fear Allah and obey him [Jesus] (Surah 43:63), and that in Surah 7:158 Muslims are told to believe in Jesus and His Scriptures [Torah and Gospels], it is important for Muslims to know this unique person. Allah teaches that Jesus not only performed miracles but, being the word of God, raised the dead and created birds (Sura 5:110; 4:171; 3:45, 49). Furthermore, Muhammad looked up to Him as a sinless one, Surah 19:19; 3:36; Bukhari, vol. 4, Hadith No. 651-652.
