KEYS TO PASTORAL MINISTRY AND RECOVERY:

In this issue, we will discuss the need for ministry among pastors and leaders. Jesus was referred to as the Wounded Healer. In spite of rejection and sorrow, He ministered to the needs of others. Today, we find leaders throughout the Body of Christ who are wounded healers. They minister to others without receiving ministry themselves. This has caused many leaders to suffer burn-outs, sicknesses, and even early deaths. In this issue, we want to examine the influences surrounding this problem in leadership.
