In recent years I have dedicated myself to compiling all the training I have taken and the experience acquired to be able to design a series of conferences and schools to be able to share with other people all the knowledge that life has given me. I am a believer that knowledge should be shared and not hoarded. The more people can have it, the better our society will be. If we want to improve our environment we must start with education. We should never stop learning in life and we should always keep in mind that if we surround ourselves with people who are smarter than us then we will have better results in our lives. I want everyone to have access to my work, which is why I have decided to publish this book, which will surely be the first of many. I hope you can read it and assimilate everything I intend to expose here so that you have a different vision of what life is and the environment that comes with it.
