Om Life Within a Psychiatric Mental Health Unit
Want to know what it is like to be in a
psychiatric mental health unit? If you do, this
book has poems in whilst Sarah was admitted on
seven occasions from May 2013 to August
2014. She explains in her poems her experience
within the Bradgate Mental Health Unit and
how her illness affected her whilst in there.
Whilst in there, she was diagnosed as Autistic
and had to deal with that as well as her
current issues with Anxiety and Depression. She
has wrote her poems as honestly and bluntly as
possible, so this is not for the faint hearted.
if you are interested in looking into psychiatry
alongside a personal experience, look no further
and read this book.
