Living In The Offbeat

Veronica "Ronnie" Pierce thinks she has finally gotten her life back on track after surviving the breakup of her marriage. After a run-in with her boss, she turns to her best friend for advice, but that meeting results in Ronnie uncovering a betrayal she could never have imagined. She soon begins to question everything and everyone she knows. Unable to deal with her unraveling life, she abruptly quits her job, and contemplates leaving Hampton Roads. She travels to an island resort in the Dominican Republic for a getaway. There she meets a handsome, sexy stranger who quickly becomes inseparable. This new relationship helps Veronica define the notion of Living In The Offbeat-a mindset that encourages her to embrace the life she is meant to live.
