Where he raises and sells cattle for a living, when one day he meets a pretty Texas lady that owns a steak restaurant, in Dallas that wants to sell, and he decides to buy the restaurant. She then decides to go into partners with him when they begin a relationship, and the restaurant becomes a famous steak house in Texas called "Gillys".
