Ministry of Murder. Suspicion is raised when three bodies turn up in the Thames over a period of months and all three were employed at the Ministry of Health in the Drug Procurement department. Palmer's team take a look with a forensic accountant and discover things are not how they should be. The money trail leads higher up to Senior Civil Servants and an MP.
