Museveni the Scourge of Uganda

President Yoweri Museveni has ruled Uganda's political landscape for almost four decades. Some analysts may have said he pulled Uganda from a political nightmare and helped the country recover from economic disaster. However, there is a far darker side to Museveni's autocratic rule than the falsely painted-picture. Museveni was also behind the so-called economic disaster of the 1970s.
