Musings of a Sleepless Soul I

This collection of dreams, poems, and messages were written over a period of time. The words in this book are an interpretation of experiences along a journey. A journey of reaching out for resonance within the universe, and finding messages to help along the way. Some came with dreams. Some came with meditation. Some may resonate, and some may not. Navigating through life's wide range of experiences, some are raw and gritty truths, but there is also hope and optimism.
Looking at past relationships and interactions, from a place of nonresistance, and being able to appreciate the experiences for what they were. Each one had an importance in shaping and helping to clearly understand the want from life.
Connection to the wellbeing of source energy, shows us that we all have purpose, that we all have value, that we all are eternal, and worthy of the life that we desire.
