Nurse Alissa vs. the Zombies VI

In a world of the living dead, life is a precious commodity. After retrieving the blood sample necessary to create a vaccine, Alissa and Chris arrive back on Warren Island to find the sanctuary has succumbed to a deader outbreak. Stranded in Maine with no means of rescue, Alissa must choose between getting the blood samples to those who can create a vaccine and save what is left of mankind or returning to the island to rescue her friends and the few remaining survivors. For Alissa, the choice is obvious, but the odds are against her. Will her luck finally run out?
