Om Operation T.I.P.P.
Trauma. In our modern world, it's a challenge to escape from the horrors we witnessed. Soldiers are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.) struggling to survive on the street. Some become opioid addicts feeling as if there is no hope left. There are survivors of types of mass shootings. Countless millions suffer at the hands of loved ones. Chaos has become a part of everyday life for all of us. We as soldiers should be able to come home to heal from war, but we find ourselves on a whole new battlefield. The challenge with this new battlefield, is it brings new and old traumas to life. These traumas are like demons that don't strike and vanish. They linger on for years, leeching the energy and hope of its victims with merciless precision! The even sadder news is that a lot of men don't report it because they don't want to seem weak. I often tell these men, "I'd rather show "weakness, than you show at my funeral" Now, let me introduce you to Operation T.I.P.P. a tried and tested program I have created and performed for my community of veterans and the results were phenomenal, welcome, to hope. Operation: T.I.P.P. provides a positive way of healing from within from the effects brought on by trauma. Within T.I.P.P. I review the symptoms, causes, and challenges involved by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I introduce my theory entitled "The Cycle of Living with P.T.S.D." which begins with self-awareness, then developing coping skills and grounding techniques, which builds self-confidence, all the while you're learning and understanding of P.T.S.D. develops. I then finally discuss how to safely do a guided viewing of events. I also use a new approach for coping skills, association to military service. from a real-life perspective.
