Our Ghosts Wait Patiently invites the reader into the world of family and Eastern European heritage. We carry within us the lives of those who came before and this breakthrough collection of poems gives voice to reverberations through the generations. Each poem is a simple meditation, beginning with the silence of a basement kitchen and ending with the experience of visiting an Old Town Square. In between are poems of personal recollections brought to life where we meet and understand the universal.
