Om Preeclampsia and uterine arteries Doppler

Based on the fact that Preeclampsia is associated with a decrease in uteroplacental flow, uterine artery Doppler ultrasound techniques (DAUt) have been described as one of the most exciting and promising advances in the study of pregnancies with hypertension. A descriptive, prospective and longitudinal cut study was conducted at the General Teaching Hospital "Iván Portuondo", San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa province, in the period from July 2015 to December 2017 to determine the presence of Preeclampsia in patients with pathological DAUt. The universe consisted of 205 patients who presented pathological UAD between 22 and 24 weeks and the sample consisted of 183 patients who met the inclusion criteria.
