On a blind date, aspiring astronaut Jamie is rejected simply because he is black. Soon after, he is assaulted by Muslim fundamentalist because he is American. Badly hurt, he waits for help to arrive, but even when it does, religion stands in the way. Jamie blames God for creating an unworthy world. He dares God to let him create a new world, one where factors like color discrimination, creed, and the word 'God' are left out.
