Sherwin's Mathematical Tables

Originally published in 1717, Sherwin's Mathematical Tables was one of the first books to provide a comprehensive set of logarithmic and trigonometric tables that were accurate and consistent. Sherwin drew upon the work of earlier mathematicians such as John Wallis and Edmond Halley, but also developed new techniques of his own. The result was a landmark achievement in the history of mathematics, and Sherwin's tables were widely used by scientists and engineers for over a century.
