This is a personal story written by the son of one of the marine Defenders of Wake Island. It contains incredible images taken on Wake Island during the survivors' reunion trips back to Wake Island in 1985 and 88. It also contains numerous historical documents, letters from 3 Presidents, and first-hand descriptions of the actual battle and their time in POW camps in China and Japan.
