Surveying

Examines surveying theory and practice for civil engineering students. It covers all the basic methods of surveying, such as chain surveying, compass surveying, plane table surveying, theodolite surveying and the use of levels. It also covers modern methods of levelling, such as stations, photogram metric surveying and remote sensing, and astronomical survey.
