The Case of the Chicane Mutiny

SHAKES THE COW guest-stars from her own series of picture books when she and her best friend Percie enlist the aid of Stanley and AUNT to investigate the Formoola One Racing Series! Shakes is racing for the World Championship of Formoola One, but she and her team are convinced one of their opponents are up to no good. Percie calls upon her old secret agent friends at the Animal United Network Taskforce to come see if their instincts are right, or if they're just thinking what every team thinks of their opponents.

Expanding off of the story told in the SHAKES THE COW picture book MOO FAST, MOO FURRYOUS, THE CASE OF THE CHICANE MUTINY puts the Bear From AUNT right in the pits! Stanley and Marco go undercover as Formoola One mechanics for the Mooclaren team to investigate the paddock and see just what's going on behind the scenes of the world's greatest automotive racing series.

Unfortunately, their greatest adversary may not be the other 19 cars on the grid and their drivers, but Stanley's complete lack of understanding of Formoola One!

THE BEAR FROM AUNT is a series of illustrated chapter books for mid-grade readers featuring super-bear-spy Stanley and his fellow agents saving the world. This is the third in the series, which is designed to be read in any order. This story is a companion to the SHAKES THE COW picture book MOO FAST, MO FURRYOUS, available now from Crass Fed Kids books, but both a complimentary, and not dependent upon the other.
