The Discovery in the Old Mine

Jan and Jenny are off to summer camp at Camp Cuyamaca in the mountains of Julian, California. Although they think they are merely gong to camp to learn about forest survival techniques and to have some fun, things do not turn out exactly as the two girls planned. Once again they call on Mr. and Mrs. Hufflefinger (and the FBI) for help; and of course Ms. Wright, the Assistant U.S. Federal Prosecutor is there to help them as well. However, mostly (as things would have it) the two precocious, self-sufficient girls end up helping each other and themselves, with a few mishaps and embarrassments along the way.
