Marco, a Mexican student living in Canada, starts his first summer away from home by working the graveyard shifts at The Coffee Shop.Exhausted and a little bit disillusioned, he sets out on a road trip with his eccentric best friend Jude to explore Toronto, but little do they know that a series of events stemming from it will lead them to a fateful encounter with Franco D'Amico, an enigmatic motivational speaker whose charismatic image masks a web of deceit.As Marco unravels the truth behind Franco's facade, he encounters himself trapped within the absurdity of life, which can sometimes turn fatal.
