The Merry-Go-Round of Thoughts

A short depiction of what it's like to have a mind that can't rest. Depression and anxiety is a deathly combination. Reading this book is not going to be a comfortable ride. It's going to be up and down and spin around, and around, and around. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with feelings but struggle to find the words to express it.
Feeling unable to talk about it, or unable to find the words for it, is such a painful feeling. So, I hope in this book you can find some words or ideas that you can use for yourself, or for your love ones to understand you. Sometimes it's hard for others to understand, but they do want to try to understand what it's like to have a head that spins like the merry go round.
