Research in Social Psychology of Work is interested in the study of professional careers in general. In this work, I put special emphasis on the teaching profession in order to identify the first signs of the construction of the professional identity, since it is at this stage that the future teachers express the components of the management of their basic training through certain dimensions, such as their attitudes towards the teaching profession, their representations of the professional practice and their degree of satisfaction with the basic training. The result of this research has allowed us to identify some factors that have an impact on the process of developing the professional identity of future teachers, through the emphasis on a certain number of focuses that constitute the core that contribute to the development of this professional identity.
