Om THE SOCIAL COMMUNICATION OF OHADA LAW
Law is one of the building blocks of culture. But, to play its role of mediation and social bond, culture must itself be mediated. This logic can be applied to business law in French-speaking Africa. In the Central and West African region, business law is created by the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA). In the 17 member countries of this organization, even outside its jurisdiction, the observation is that users of business law do not have sufficient access in quantity and quality to knowledge and information relating to the standards enacted by OHADA. Faced with this qualitative and quantitative deficit of social communication, this study postulates that this deficit is linked to the fact that the communicational and informative products offered by OHADA in the area of business law are not effective. So she tries to answer it.
