This book tells stories of women who are struggling with their relationships, trying to find love and power in their complex patriarchal worlds that push them to compete with each other for survival and do sinister things to others, the worlds that do not necessarily give second chances to women who make "blunders". In order to survive, they support each other at times as friends, and at times they also internalize patriarchy in their journey, turn enemy of their own interest and become perpetrators of cruelty on other women.
