Om The Yellow Dress
Less than one year ago, Kat Williams was on the outs with her best friend and stuck in a job she hated. Now, Toni is back and they opened their own salon, and the people of Lake Harbor welcomed the business with their full support. In short, life is better than good. At least, the people closest to her believe that to be true. For Kat, though, reconnecting with her best friend and working in a dream-come-true business isn't bringing the contentment she'd hoped to find. In fact, Kat is spiraling, and old habits that are better left buried in the past are resurfacing with a vengeance. By the time her friends learn the truth, or at least the partial truth Kat is willing to reveal, Kat is in so deep that she isn't sure she wants to grab the hands of those trying to help her. Kat is at a crossroads. On one side is isolation and destruction; on the other side is life and hope. With her head and heart at odds, Kat doesn't know which way to turn. Will she be able to overcome her past once and for all, or will it consume her?
