Baron Love Junior, President of the world's third smallest country is up for re-election in three weeks. The country is broke, they are $10 million in debt and Australia is threatening to close their immigration detention centre and ship away the detainees reducing the countries income even further.
A ship that has been adrift at sea for weeks washes up on a coral reef. Aboard is $35 million worth of cocaine and two shipwrecked mariners.
Baron wants to burn the drugs to maintain the moral high ground while Flavio Scott, the Permanent Finance Minister wants to sell it, for he is also running for the office of President.
