For the past 10 years I have been a Yoga Coach with a specialization in Yoga For Athletes. I have had a great opportunity to work with some of your favorite athletes & coaches on both a professional and colligate level. Two Breaths not only provides an opportunity for me to thank the people who have helped me along the way by sharing the knowledge I have gained. It provides an occasion to share a few of my experiences, how I teach, some of what I teach and to expound on some of the things I believe are important when teaching Yoga For Athletes.
