Undercurrents

A small town in Sweden falls victim to a lake that is behind the mysterious disappearances of fishermen. One boy, Egil, grows weary and decides to investigate. With an alcoholic father who reeks of pessimism, he is met with pushback, but his curiosity still drives him to discover what lurks within the murky depths.
There is always something we do not know. Sometimes it is better to remain ignorant. Especially when it comes to our biggest fears.
