Waking up in a Strange World 2

Was it a dream? Last thing I remember I was somewhere in the middle of the woods in a tiny cabin with a sex-crazed woman with an amazing tool and a magical elf that was something to behold. I was back, but something was strange. My body was back to normal but some person I don't recall being acquainted with knocked on my door. When I opened it I was stunned. Is this reality or is it a fantasy? Either way, I'm no closer to figuring things out, but hope is on the horizon.
