What happens as time goes by?

This book is based on the final work of the Training in Social Education in Uruguay. It is configured as an analysis of the socio-educational experience within a Shelter Center for children and adolescents who, for different reasons, are suspended from parental care. It intends to be an input to think and rethink socio-educational practices that sometimes tend to be totalizing for the subjects of education and thus bring readers closer to a Latin American reality of the most neglected.Through the voice of the children, adolescents, educators and educators who develop practices there, stories about the Integral Protection System in Uruguay are collected, transversalized by practices, feelings and thoughts about free time in an institution of these characteristics.
