Where Is She Now?

It takes a twisted mind to plan a murder maniacally, and then carry out that most vile of all criminal acts. Paydon has lost a loved one to that crime, and he wants vindication. But how can he stop a callous creature whose lust for blood knows no bounds and seemingly has no objective, other than to kill? Paydon hopes the justice system will stop the killer. Otherwise, he will exact his form of justice.
