Work-Family Research

The work and family revolution of the latter part of the 20th century has profoundly changed the social structures, institutions, and cultures that constitute the fabric of our lives. Given the nature of work and family changes, it is little wonder that numerous social science researchers have studied these changes and their impacts on society.
