Dan was an average loser on the brink of a meltdown. His rampant alcoholism and drug addiction have rendered him worthless and without any direction or ambition. There was just nothing worth living for anymore.Then, one morning, a mysterious orange fog descends from the sky after Earth passes through the tail of a comet. People everywhere begin dying, and those that survive either lock themselves in their homes, or become stark raving lunatics.Having spent his life on the fringe of "normalcy," Dan must gather his wits and learn to survive this unknown plague that has toppled the world around him. Only by using everything at his disposal--along with his lack of empathy--can Dan avoid the horrors that have taken over the world.
